Blue Stone Jewelry is the creation of Jewelry Artist, Heather Bicer. 

Heather is a skilled metalsmith, having learned her craft at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia. She has been designing and making necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings for almost twenty years. All of Heather's work is handcrafted and all of her designs are as unique as they are appealing. 

On the following pages you can see many examples of her creativity and craftsmanship.  All of the items shown here are available to purchase securely through this website.  Should you have any questions prior to purchasing an item, you can certainly go to our contact page and send a quick note.  We will respond as promptly as possible.  You can also reach Blue Stone Jewelry by phone at the number listed above on most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
